How to make vegetables

We usually have 2 types of vegetables at our homes, dry and gravy. Keep in mind that if you want to lose weight, then make some changes in it while making vegetables at home.

First of all, change your cooking oil. Coconut oil is considered the best for weight loss. So make your daily food in coconut oil. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil increases your metabolism by 5%. So use coconut oil to make vegetables.
Cook the vegetables on low heat and do not cook for too long. Nutrients are destroyed by this.
Include more and more green vegetables and colored vegetables in your diet.
Do not use yogurt, cream, etc. in gravy vegetables. To increase the thickness of the vegetable, you can dissolve the cornflour in water or use curd.
And an important trick – when making vegetables, you use curry leaves. Hard leaves are known for rapid weight loss. Therefore, put a hard leaf tree in a pot in the house and put it in daily food.

How to make lentils?

All pulses are rich in protein. Therefore, you can consume them daily. If you want to lose weight, then just keep in mind that after cooking the lentils do not fry it nor add desi ghee, butter, etc. to it. It is easy to make delicious lentils without frying them. While making the lentils, cut tomatoes, garlic, chilies in the cooker and make the lentils thick. This will make the lentils tastier and will not increase your weight. (Yes! How to make roti

It is generally believed that loaves add weight. That’s why dieting people avoid eating bread. But keep in mind that there are many such elements in the fat grains, which are necessary for our body. If you are really determined to lose weight, then you should use multigrain flour to make Rotis. But note that most of the multigrain flour found in the market contain 90% wheat. So buy different flours and mix them at home.

For example, add 50% wheat flour + 20% gram flour + 10% millet flour + 10% corn flour (maize flour) and other flour you can easily get in the remaining 10%. How to make rice

First of all, soak the rice in water for 15-20 minutes before making it.
Now boil water in a pan and add rice and 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil.
After the rice is cooked properly, strain it and keep it to cool down.

It is better if you use brown rice instead of white rice.

Make and eat lentils, rice, bread, vegetables as mentioned above, but apart from this, you have to take care of some things for fast weight loss.

Make sure to include 1 bowl salad in your daily meal.
After half an hour of eating, drink a half glass of buttermilk, 2 pinch cumin powder, 1 pinch of black pepper. This will cause fat to burn faster.
Eat a full meal 2 times a day and have light breakfast 2 times. Do not eat anything other than this.
Eat dinner 2 hours before bedtime and always eat light food.
